Hello everyone! Fall is such a wonderful time of year for great walks and the crispy crunchy sound of leaves as our children rustle through them. I love this time of year as it gives our children a wonderful time to be out in the fresh air walking through beautiful forests with vibrant rainbows of colours. Our children today often miss nature, and it is so critical they have more opportunities to be away from televisions and out enjoying nature.
I write to you on a very special day: Canada’s birthday. I love this day, as it truly gives me the opportunity to relish and celebrate our glorious country. I think of my father, who has passed on, but who fought in the war to save his country, and how he was so proud to be a Canadian. I too carry that torch of pride.
